Our work spans help desk operations, IT Service Management (ITSM), and security-aware infrastructure environments where users, systems, networks, and data need to function together reliably.
Across all three tiers, participants build real digital and IT skills while using modern AI tools responsibly. AI is introduced as a support tool for drafting, summarizing, troubleshooting, and documentation-never as a replacement for understanding. Participants are trained to verify outputs, apply judgment, protect sensitive information, and recognize when human decision-making is required.
